Makes one 15″ Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Our gluten free and grain free pizza crusts are to die for! We make it easy to make an amazing pizza that will be the envy of even your friends who eat gluten! We promise! You only need to add the oil.
Ingredients: Garbanzo Bean Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Ground Flax Seed, and Garlic Powder.
Directions: Add 1 medium egg, 3/4 c water, 1 tsp olive oil, and 1⁄4 c Romano, Parmesan cheese, or cheese alternative (optional) to the mix. Mix until smooth. Put olive oil on the stone to prevent sticking. Press dough onto a pizza stone (It will be sticky, so wet your hands and use a glass to roll it out). Bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes past the doughy stage until the crust is crispy or dry to the touch. Ovens vary, so you may need to bake longer until it is golden brown. Add toppings and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
we have two options for a Vegan Pizza Crust:
1 – Substituting a product call “Ener-G” for the egg.
2 – Substituting ground flax seed (ground to a powder). One tablespoon of flax seed combined with three tablespoons of hot water. Mix it and allow it to sit for a few minutes before adding it to the Pizza Mix.
