Pumpkin Pancakes




Start with Colette & Frank’s Gluten Free Goodness Pancake Mix. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. To the dry ingredients, add 3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 tsp Cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp sugar.

To the dry ingredients, add a 15oz can of packed pumpkin and the rest of the wet ingredients as per the instructions. Note: If you did not add the Vanilla, which was optional in the Pancake Mix instructions, then add one tsp now.

Mix thoroughly and cook on a griddle and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
