Vegan Bread Mix




Makes one loaf of Bread

No need to reminisce about the days of eating real bread, baked fresh from the oven. Our bread is easy to make and amazing to eat! Pre-slice and store it in a storage bag in the freezer ready to pop right in the toaster. It toasts up nicely and no one will even know it is gluten free and grain free. It tastes that good!

Baking Instructions: In a mixer, add the bread mix, 1-1⁄2 t yeast, 1⁄4 tsp vinegar, 2 vegan eggs, 2 T olive oil, and 1 cup of hot water to the mix. Mix until smooth. Add dough into a 4×9 loaf pan pressing the dough into the corners using your hands. (The dough is sticky, so wet your hands before pressing the dough). Allow the bread to rise for 45-60 minutes or until dough has risen to about twice its size. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Cover with foil and bake an additional 40-50 min.

We have two options for a Vegan Pizza Crust:

  1. Substituting a product call “Ener-G” for the egg.
  2. Substituting ground flax seed (ground to a powder). One tablespoon of flax seed combined with three tablespoons of hot water. Mix it and allow it to sit for a few minutes before adding it to the Pizza Mix.
