Vegan Pancake Mix





Makes 20-24 Three-Inch Pancakes

Our gluten free and grain free pancakes are light and fluffy. We give you ideas of what you can add to the mix to make it even more yummy! You will end up with deep, golden brown waffles that are light and airy in texture. Yum!

Directions: Add 2 vegan eggs, and 6 T of olive oil to mix. Add in 2/3 cup of non-dairy milk using a little at a time to reach desired consistency. Add in other ingredients of your choice (blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, etc.) and mix. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook.

We have two options for a vegan pancakes:

  1. Substituting a product call “Ener-G” for the egg.
  2. Substituting ground flax seed (ground to a powder). Add one tablespoon of flax seed combined with three tablespoons of hot water. Mix it and allow it to sit for a few minutes before adding it to the Pizza Mix.
