Great mixes, cakes and cookies. The bread (including Challah) is soft and tasty..great as is or toasted with various toppings. Freezes well, which is a convenient plus. Pancakes are moist and fluffy and come in variety of flavors, chocolate mint, chocolate chip, pumpkin, banana etc. The cakes are beautiful to look at as well as taste. Moist, very flavorful and hard to stop at just one slice. Cookies come in a variety of yummy flavors and melt in your mouth.
